A Coaching Marketplace
NextGen Athletic Development connects college athletes with young athletes looking for private and small-group training. We handle the matching — you handle the game.
How It Works
Whether you're lacing up to coach or looking for someone to train with your athlete, getting started takes three steps.
Your rate drops automatically as you coach more — it never resets. Refer another coach and earn $50 once they complete 3 sessions. No limit on referrals.
Refer a friend or family member — their first session is 50% off right away. Once they actually complete it, you get 50% off your next session too. Good for up to 3 referrals, and each discount expires 90 days after it's earned.
Meet The Founder
Bobby Marsteller has been playing soccer since he was 3 years old — four years as a Division I athlete at Mount St. Mary's University, plus summers competing semi-pro for PA Classics. He's spent three years coaching alongside that.
In college, he saw the same problem from both sides of the field: athletes don't have time for a typical part-time job, but coaching younger players is a real opportunity to earn money doing something they're already great at. The hard part was setting it up — finding clients, handling logistics, all on his own.
NextGen Athletic Development exists to remove that barrier: a simple way for college athletes to turn their experience into paid coaching, without doing the legwork themselves.
Why NextGen
We built NextGen the way we'd want it built for our own family.
Every coach is a current or former college athlete, reviewed before they ever appear on the platform.
Training happens at public fields and parks, with clear expectations for how every session runs.
Real people behind this platform — reach out anytime and you'll hear back from us directly.
We're expanding town by town. Join the waitlist as a coach or a family and we'll reach out the moment NextGen is active near you.
